All products sold on GrowAce.com are offered with a minimum 30 day warranty against any manufacture defects. The manufacture will replace any defective parts within the warranty period. Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufactures warranty. In most cases, warranty coverage is taken care of directly by us. If for any reason, your product is defective, please contact us directly through our contact us page.
We understand that when you're in the middle of a grow cycle, time is critical. If you need a replacement product that is covered under warranty, you may put a deposit on the replacement product in order for us to ship the replacement product immediately. Once the defective product is received and verified to be defective, the deposit payment will be refunded.
The warranty is voided if:
• The product(s) is modified
• The product(s) is damaged due to natural causes.
• The product(s) is damaged due to an accident.
• The product(s) is vandalized or stolen.
• The product(s) does not get proper or periodic maintenance.
• The product(s) is used in a manner which it was not intended for.
Only parts will be covered under the manufactures defect warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine which part is defective. Customer is responsible for repairs or installation of new exchange parts. Only defective parts will be exchanged.

This bundle is practically unbeatable for the price and quality. It came extremely quick and has everything you need to get started. Optional bulbs, easy adjust hanger clips, a timer, and of course your reflector and ballast. Set up is a snap and can be done in mere minutes. 400w is a great starter to anyone not for sure if HPS/MH is for them. It's barely noticeable on your electric bill and the adjustable ballast makes it so in case you feel 400watts is too much, tone it down to 75, or even 50% output.
