All products sold on GrowAce.com are offered with a 30 day warranty against any manufacture defects. The manufacture will replace any defective parts within the warranty period. Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufactures warranty. In most cases, warranty coverage is taken care of directly by us. If for any reason, your product is defective, please contact us directly through our contact us page.
We understand that when you're in the middle of a grow cycle, time is critical. If you need a replacement product that is covered under warranty, you may put a deposit on the replacement product in order for us to ship the replacement product immediately. Once the defective product is received and verified to be defective, the deposit payment will be refunded.
The warranty is voided if:
• The product(s) is modified
• The product(s) is damaged due to natural causes.
• The product(s) is damaged due to an accident.
• The product(s) is vandalized or stolen.
• The product(s) does not get proper or periodic maintenance.
• The product(s) is used in a manner which it was not intended for.
Only parts will be covered under the manufactures defect warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine which part is defective. Customer is responsible for repairs or installation of new exchange parts. Only defective parts will be exchanged.

WOW! this thing is bad ASS IT WORKS GREAT! Im on my second time around using it and it is such a time saver and does a great job what a great invention. And anyone that says less about it is not cleaning it after using it. Thats the only thing that will not make it work up to par is not cleaning it. I use a little bit of citrus oil to clean in between trimmings and I clean the cutting blade about every 3-4 hours of using it. Its like having 5 people helping with the time it saves (Posted on 4/8/13)Rating
