All open box lights (HID and LED) are tested to assure they’re in perfecting working condition. Whether it’s a bulb, an LED panel, or a reflector, we assure that all Open Box items operate smoothly- and we even back them up with a limited warranty.
If it can be fixed, it will be refurbished and taken care of promptly. The part is then tested, packaged, and listed accordingly. Any and all defects in the piece (say, a scratch or ding), we assure to note it in its description and give it a 1-10/10 rating. We know how frustrating it is to buy a refurbished item and it not work, so we assure you don’t have that same experience here.
Don’t forget out our demo products. These products are one-off pieces sent from our manufacturers for product testing. These are rare products that have an extremely limited production run, so if you’re interested in a demo part, be sure to jump on it ASAP because once they’re gone, they’re gone!
