If the price drops on an eligible item, we'll refund you the difference!

Only items showing the "Black Friday Early Access" or "Black Friday Price Guarantee" logos are eligible
- What is the Black Friday Price Guarantee?
If item is discounted even more than our Black Friday Early Access price, you will be eligible for a refund equal to the difference between your purchase price and the lowest marked price.
- How can I receive my eligible refund?
In order to receive the refund, simply contact GrowAce Customer Service and provide us with your original order number. And we'll take care of it from there! In order to be eligible, you must contact us before 11:59 pm PST on 12/1/23.
- How will my refund be received?
The refund will be issued to your original payment method used.
